by the 'Ksan Association. The association is registered as a non-profit
society under the Societies Act of British Columbia. Registration
within the Societies Act ensures that 'Ksan Historical Village and
Museum is under legal sanction to operate as a non-profit organization.
As a cultural centre, 'Ksan is committed to presenting
the richness of Gitxsan culture, and promoting economic opportunities
for local First Nations people of the Upper Skeena River region.
To generate revenue and to fulfill this mandate, 'Ksan Historical
Village and Museum has several services and fees.
Ksan Historical Village and Museum has a
two-dollar visitation fee. The visitation fee is for visiting
Ksans museum and grounds. It is important to note
that the two dollar fee does not allow access into the three

access into the tour houses, a guest has to pay the according
fee and be accompanied by an official Ksan Cultural Interpreter
(tour guide). If a guest wishes to partake in a guided tour,
but already has paid the two-dollar visitation fee, a refund
for the two-dollar fee will be given and the guided tour charge
will be applied. For more information regarding the guided tours,
refer to Tours Page for more information.
'Ksan offers guided tours of the Frog, Wolf, and Fireweed
Houses. Please visit the Tours Page for
